Ideal Siding is looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. If you’re passionate about supporting teams, managing details, and making things happen behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support: 
  • Maintain and update various spreadsheets and databases.
  • Manage shared inboxes, create and update document templates.
  • Coordinate account setup and status management for partner programs.
  • Send feedback requests and gift cards to customers.
Office Management
  • Order office supplies and equipment.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and restock as needed.
Event Planning
  • Help plan team events and business conferences.
  • Prepare materials for training events.
  • Organize employee birthday recognition.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Excel and other relevant software.
