Overview
Franchise & HQ Support
- Act as a primary liaison for franchisees and internal stakeholders on operational matters
- Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support on systems, tools, and processes
- Respond quickly and effectively to questions, escalations, and coordination needs across multiple locations
- Track progress on ongoing projects, initiatives, and key deliverables
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to tools, workflows, and documentation
- Ensure consistent follow-up, accountability, and communication across departments
- Keep detailed, up-to-date records of tasks, updates, and status reports
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or high-level administrative support in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to juggle dozens of competing priorities without dropping the ball
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with CRMs, project management tools, and cross-functional collaboration
- A proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate needs, not just react to requests
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in a fast-moving operations role
