- Onboarding & Admin: Set up hardware, user accounts, and permissions for employees and franchisees. Administer Google Workspace, CRM, LMS, and other core applications.
- Tech Support: Provide first-level support across hardware, software, and connectivity issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Website Management: Administer WordPress websites, including user access, plugins, basic updates, and vendor coordination (DNS, SSL, Cloudflare).
- System Coordination: Maintain accurate tech inventory, coordinate equipment purchases/repairs, and collaborate with external vendors to ensure system reliability.
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support, business systems administration, or customer support.
- Minimum 1 year of experience administering or maintaining WordPress websites.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and managing cloud-based SaaS user accounts.
- Basic understanding of both Windows and macOS environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

- Experience with CRM, LMS, software licensing, or user provisioning.
- Basic HTML/CSS, DNS management, Cloudflare, or website hosting platforms.
- Familiarity with Make, Zapier, Airtable, AI productivity tools, or reporting platforms.
